Episode 1 of POWER TRIP:

After a break-in at the Pluto United Museum of Super Heros, Mr. Galaxy must set off to find and help his friend Dr. Maddison before Pluto Untied can arrest him! Al-tho it seems Pluto United isn't taking this too seriously, Mr. Galaxy is still on the clock as Rob Zombie is seemingly hellbent on capturing this crook himself.
